Affordable and convenient parking lot in Fenway–Kenmore. Just a few minutes' walk to Fenway Park, MGM Music Hall at Fenway, and Remis Auditorium.
73 inches wide by 183 inches long is the maximum vehicle size allowed. Google your vehicle. Oversized vehicles will be towed.
The 2nd courtyard is extremely narrow, and larger vehicles will not fit. It is strictly for compact cars.
Park in Spot #11 first, and use Spot #10 only if #11 is occupied, to avoid blocking the driveway and ensure easy entry and exit.
Park close enough to the brick wall until side doors can’t open. It may be easier to back in.
You MUST park only in spots #10 or #11. You will be towed if parked in any other spot.
